​Sean works with founders and leadership teams on how to grow well. Lately, that means a lot of conversations about AI.

​As a non-technical founder himself, Sean has gone all-in on Claude for his own business – using it to brainstorm, build proposals, and even ship his own website. He'll share what he's learned about what it really takes to prepare your team for working alongside AI, and how to structure your business to actually get value from it.

​We're looking for 2–3 founders who are genuinely embedding AI into how they work – whether that's in your product, your ops, or just how you get things done day-to-day.
